God’s purpose is unchangeable, His power is unchallengeable, & His love is unconditional, so there is nothing I have to fear. The Who of my salvation is greater than the who of my opposition and I am more than a conqueror.

Even when you do not look for God, even when you do not lean into the presence of God, He is fully present. You have never been alone, because God is everywhere present. But we can pretend we are by ourselves. You can pretend you’re by yourself. And I can deny His presence. I can refuse to acknowledge it.

Building your life around the goal of obeying God is a step toward religion, not relationship.

The verbs of salvation are never the final blessing. Rather, they are gracious ways for you to get to the glorious end—GOD. GOD is what makes salvation worth celebrating.
